Student-centric campus
Acharya is a campus that is a learning home for over 9000 students of its ten institutions. It is a mini township by itself, spread across 120 acres of land in the outskirts of Bangalore. Located just a few minutes drive away from top-notch corporates, it rests atop a raised scenic spot, surrounded by gentle and gradient landforms.
The design of the campus is very student centric, predominantly pedestrian with vehicular traffic secluded from the learning zones. The Academic, Residential, Student Activity and Landscaped Zones of the campus are interestingly isolated and integrated with one another.
Distinct and Different Campus
Many dimensions to Acharya Campus gives it the unique identity that's both enchanting and joyous to be in. This because Acharya recognises that an academic leadership can only be built with extensive infrastructure where every element is superior, contributing to students' life and learning
Aesthetic Landscape
The 120-acre Acharya Campus nestles in a green environment in the outskirts of Bangalore city. The development has been in sync with nature, where least space has been utilised for structural development leaving a large portion, green. Beautiful gardens, flower beds, fruit and flower bearing trees, park furniture, water ponds, fountains mark the Campus' distinction - which has come for appreciation from both students and discerning visitors.
Structural Elegance
The building structures in Acharya Campus are unique. Designed by an internationally renowned Architect, they together exude a sense of space and void.
Forms, shapes, design, arrangement, layout, landscape, etc. convey a single unified thought of student-centricity.
They are cheerful both inside and outside with splashes of colour that are a hallmark of the campus identity.
Residential Facilities
Acharya Campus has students from nearly every State of India and some 28 countries abroad.
To meet their residential needs adequate facilities have been created within the campus and its neighbourhood.
These residences are varied. Cottages, Multi-storeyed Apartments, Custom-built in-campus hostels, etc. offer a range of accommodations and facilities. There are exclusive facilities for foreign nationals / regional students, too
Cheerful Interiors
Acharya believes that the time spent by the students within its infrastructure should stress-free and enjoyable. In this direction, care has been taken to make the interiors refreshing, lively, colourful and bring in a sense of 'festivity' every day of their stint in the campus.
Excellent ventilation and abundant lighting makes learning in the class rooms a pleasure, and also working in the rigorous laboratories and workshops, easy. The design also provides for many a casual space for students to just meet-up, get together and spend their own informal time.
