About the Program
Celebrating National Space Day – 23 August 2025 is a special event dedicated to honoring India’s space achievements and inspiring the next generation of innovators. The program will feature expert talks, student activities, and interactive sessions that highlight the importance of space research, technology, and exploration. It aims to ignite curiosity, showcase future career opportunities, and celebrate the spirit of discovery that drives our journey into space.
Objectives of the Program
- Encourage students and youth to see science not just as a career but as a calling rooted in culture
- To commemorate National Space Day and celebrate India’s achievements in space science and technology.
- To inspire students and young researchers to explore careers in astronomy, astrophysics, aerospace, and related fields.
Expected Outcomes of the Program
- Encourage students and youth to see science not just as a career but as a calling rooted in culture.
- As we approach August 23, recognised as National Space Day, we are planning a celebration at the Central Library. Our event will feature a book exhibition along with a video presentation in the Hall of Fame.
