About Program

Acharya’s Faculty Breakfast Bike Ride under Monsoon Autumn Connect promotes faculty well-being, cycling, healthy lifestyle practices, and work-life balance. The recreational activity encourages networking, teamwork, social interaction, stress reduction, and community building among faculty members through an informal outdoor experience beyond the campus environment.

Objectives of the Program

  • Promote faculty well-being and healthy lifestyle practices through a recreational cycling/biking activity that encourages physical activity and stress reduction.
  • Strengthen interpersonal relationships and teamwork among faculty members by providing an informal platform for interaction beyond the regular academic environment.
  • Foster a positive institutional culture and sense of belonging by encouraging faculty participation in common institutional activities and creating opportunities for social engagement.
  • Encourage work–life balance and holistic faculty development through recreational, experiential and community-building activities.
