This program is designed to promote awareness about the importance of proper nutrition in maintaining women’s health and well-being. Organized in connection with International Women’s Day, the program focuses on educating women about balanced diets, essential nutrients, and healthy lifestyle practices that support their physical and mental health at different stages of life.
The program introduces key concepts related to women’s nutritional requirements, prevention of common deficiencies such as iron and calcium deficiency, and the importance of adopting sustainable and healthy eating habits. It also emphasizes practical strategies for planning nutritious meals using locally available and affordable foods, helping women make informed choices for themselves and their families.
By the end of the program, participants will gain a better understanding of the role of nutrition in disease prevention, improved energy, and overall wellness.
