Submission Guidelines

We invite researchers, academicians, and practitioners to submit abstracts scientific presentation. All submissions will undergo a blind peer-review process by the Scientific Committee and will be evaluated based on scientific merit, methodology, relevance to the conference theme, and clarity of expression.

1. Submission Categories:

Format: Oral and poster Presentation

Research scope: Original research, case reports and systematic review.

2. Technical Specifications

Word Limit: Maximum 300 words (excluding title, authors, and affiliations).

Format: Single-spaced, 12pt Times New Roman font, submitted in PDF format.

Structure:Abstracts must be structured as follows:

  • Background: Brief rationale for the study.
  • Methods: Study design, participants, and analytical tools.
  • Results: Key findings (include specific data/p-values if applicable).
  • Conclusion: Clinical significance or implications for healthcare.

3. Submission Process

    • Submission Portal: All abstracts must be submitted via the link provided.
    • Originality:Work must not have been previously published.
    • The presenting author must be a member of the research author list and is permitted to present only one paper/poster during the conference.
    • It is mandatory for the presenting author to be registered for the conference.

4. Important Dates

    • Abstract Submission Deadline: 15/02/2026
    • Full paper submission Deadline:28/02/2026
    • Authors of selected research will have the opportunity to publish their full manuscripts in an indexed journal. This process is optional and subject to the author’s formal consent and requisition.

1. Poster Presentations

Selected poster presenters must adhere to the following display standards:

  • Only printed hard copy of the poster will be permitted.
  • Orientation: Portrait (4ft x 3ft).
  • Typography: Fonts must be sized appropriately to ensure the text is clearly readable from a distance of 1.5 to 2 meters
  • Visual Balance: Use high-resolution charts and images.
  • Referencing: APA format. Include a "Key References" section (maximum 3–5) in a smaller font at the bottom right of the poster.

2. Oral Presentations

Selected oral presenters must prepare their materials according to these specifications:

  • File Format: Microsoft PowerPoint (PPTX) only.
  • Aspect Ratio: 16:9 (Widescreen).
  • Time Limit: 8 minutes total (6 mins for presentation + 2 mins for Q&A).
  • Slide Limit: Recommended 10–12 slides to ensure clear delivery within the time limit.
  • Media: Any embedded videos or audio files must be self-contained within the PPTX file.
  • Referencing: APA format

Ethical Compliance (For All Submissions)

  • Patient Privacy: All clinical photographs or case data must be strictly de-identified.
  • Conflict of Interest: A disclosure statement must be included in the final presentation (as a slide for oral or a footer for posters).
