Objectives of the Program

• To welcome newly admitted MBA and MCA students and familiarise them with the institution, its vision, mission, values, and academic environment.
• To provide an overview of the programme structure, curriculum, academic regulations, assessment methods, and learning outcomes.
• To introduce students to institutional facilities, student support services, placement opportunities, and co-curricular and extracurricular activities.
• To familiarise students with career opportunities, industry expectations, professional ethics, and emerging trends in management and computer applications.
• To encourage holistic development by fostering leadership, teamwork, communication, critical thinking, and entrepreneurial skills.
• To create awareness about institutional policies, discipline, attendance requirements, and student responsibilities.
• To facilitate interaction with faculty members, industry experts, alumni, and peers, fostering a sense of belonging and collaborative learning.
