About the Program

“Telecommunication in Railways” is an informative alumni interaction session designed to provide students with insights into the application of communication technologies in modern railway systems. The session highlights the role of telecommunication in railway signaling, train control, wireless communication, safety systems, and intelligent transportation networks. It also emphasizes emerging technologies, career opportunities in the railway sector, required technical competencies, and industry expectations, enabling students to understand real-world applications and prepare for rewarding careers in railway telecommunications and infrastructure development.
