About Program
The Gen Z Workforce programme at Acharya Institute of Technology will introduce students and faculty to Gen Z workplace expectations, communication, motivation, engagement, retention, leadership, and intergenerational dynamics, while connecting academic learning with contemporary HR practices and evolving organizational needs.
Objectives of the Program
- To understand the workplace characteristics, expectations, values and communication preferences of Generation Z employees.
- To identify effective strategies for managing, motivating, engaging and retaining Gen Z employees in diverse organizational settings.
- To develop awareness among students and faculty about intergenerational workforce dynamics, leadership approaches and changing employee expectations.
- To bridge academic learning with contemporary HR and managerial practices related to the emerging Gen Z workforce.
