About the Program

Beyond the FDP: A Knowledge Enrichment Session is designed to provide a platform for faculty members to revisit, reflect on, and extend the knowledge acquired through various Faculty Development Programmes (FDPs). The session encourages participants to share key takeaways, best practices, innovative teaching strategies, and practical experiences gained during FDPs. By fostering collaborative learning and knowledge exchange, the programme aims to bridge the gap between training and implementation, enabling faculty to effectively integrate newly acquired skills into teaching, research, curriculum development, and other academic activities. This initiative promotes continuous professional development and strengthens the culture of lifelong learning within the institution.
