About the Program
“Alumini Talk” This session helps students smoothly shift from the academic world to the professional environment. It focuses on understanding workplace expectations, adapting to organizational culture, and maintaining work–life balance. Participants will gain insights intoprofessionalism, teamwork, and communication styles that differ from campus life. The program also covers how to handle the initial challenges of a new job effectively.
Objectives of the Program
- To prepare students for the behavioural and cultural changes required in the corporate world.
- To help participants build confidence and adaptability in a professional setting.
