About the Program
Converge – Collaboration in Motion is an initiative organized by the Department of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning and Computer Science and Engineering (Data Science) to foster interdisciplinary collaboration and innovation. The program aims to bridge ideas, technology, and creativity through interactive sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing activities. It provides a platform for students and faculty to explore emerging trends, exchange expertise, and develop solutions that reflect the true spirit of collaboration in the evolving tech landscape.
Objectives of the Program
- Develop foundational Innovation Design Thinking skills.
- Strengthen students’ sense of institutional belonging and collaborative agency.
- Foster trust and psychological safety across junior-senior-faculty relationships.
Expected Outcomes of the Program
- Participants show increased inclination to seek guidance from coordinators and faculty.
- Participants apply user-centered approaches to real campus challenges and develop foundations of IDT.
- Measurable rise in student-reported belonging and collaborative confidenc.
