Equation Expedition: "The Math Treasure Hunt".
About the Program
“Equation Expedition” is an interactive treasure hunt designed to transform mathematical thinking into an adventurous journey. Participants solve a series of math-based clues and puzzles, each leading them closer to the final destination. The event blends logic, creativity, and teamwork, making mathematics both engaging and experiential. Each clue is built around a mathematical concept—ranging from algebra and geometry to logic puzzles and number theory.
Participants must interpret equations, decode patterns, and apply reasoning skills to uncover hidden locations across the campus. Every solved clue reveals the next destination, turning the entire campus into a dynamic puzzle map
Objectives of the Program
- To engage students in learning mathematics through interactive and collaborative problem-solving activities.
- To strengthen logical reasoning and analytical thinking using equation-based challenges.
- To improve students’ ability to solve different types of equations accurately and efficiently.
- To promote teamwork, communication, and strategic thinking while completing math-based tasks.
Expected Outcomes of the Program
- Apply mathematical concepts (algebra, arithmetic, logic, basic calculus) to solve clues.
- Develop problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Enhance collaboration and communication skills through teamwork during activities.
- Build confidence in approaching and solving complex mathematical challenges independent
