About the Program

The Faculty Knowledge Enrichment Session: Sharing Insights from FDPs is designed to provide a collaborative platform where faculty members share key learnings, innovative teaching strategies, and research perspectives gained from Faculty Development Programmes (FDPs). The session promotes peer learning, encourages the adoption of best practices in pedagogy and technology integration, and strengthens academic excellence within the institution. It also fosters professional growth by enabling participants to reflect on new knowledge and explore its practical application in teaching and curriculum development.

Objectives of the Program

  • To disseminate knowledge and best practices acquired by faculty members during Faculty Development Programmes (FDPs).
  • To enhance teaching–learning strategies by introducing innovative pedagogical approaches and tools.
  • To promote a culture of continuous professional development and collaborative learning among faculty members.

Expected Outcomes of the Program

  • Faculty members will gain exposure to new teaching methodologies, technologies, and academic practices.
