About the Program

The 5-Day Staff Development Program (FDP) on “Administrative Excellence and Digital Empowerment for Non-Teaching Staff” is designed to strengthen the administrative effectiveness, digital competency, and professional conduct of non-teaching staff at Acharya Institute of Technology. The program focuses on institutional regulations, academic processes, examination procedures, digital tools such as Excel and AI for office use, effective communication, and professional interaction with students and stakeholders. Through expert-led sessions and practical demonstrations, the FDP aims to enhance efficiency, accuracy, accountability, and service orientation in administrative functions, thereby supporting academic operations and institutional governance.

Objectives of the Program

  • To strengthen administrative efficiency and regulatory awareness among non-teaching staff.
  • To enhance digital competency through the use of Excel and AI tools for office administration.
