About the Program

The Mental Wellbeing Workshop for Women Faculty Members was organized to create awareness about mental health, emotional wellbeing, and stress management. The programme focused on addressing the unique professional and personal challenges faced by women faculty and emphasized the importance of self-care, resilience, and work–life balance.

Objectives of the Program

  • To promote awareness of mental wellbeing and emotional health.
  • To promote a healthy work–life balance practices.
  • To introduce effective stress-management techniques
