About the Program
SANKALP 2.0 is a five-day Faculty Development Programme designed to enhance the professional effectiveness of educators through creative thinking, digital pedagogy, personality development, institutional adaptability, and quality culture. The programme includes expert sessions, interactive activities, hands-on learning, and reflective practices to prepare faculty members for future-ready education.
Objectives of the Program
- To enhance creative thinking and innovative teaching practices among educators.
- To familiarize participants with digital pedagogy and technology-enabled teaching tools.
- To strengthen the communication, leadership, personality, and professional competencies of faculty members.
- To develop adaptability towards institutional changes, quality practices, and evolving academic requirements.
- To promote integrated faculty excellence for future-ready education and continuous professional development.
Expected Outcomes of the Program
- Apply creative thinking techniques to improve teaching, learning, and academic problem-solving.
- Integrate digital tools and technology-enabled pedagogical practices into classroom instruction.
