About the Program
This Value-Added Program on Industrial Internet of Things (IoT) is designed to provide participants with practical exposure to IoT concepts, industrial sensors, communication protocols, cloud platforms, and data analytics using Arduino. The program bridges the gap between academic knowledge and industry requirements by enabling students to design and implement IoT-based solutions for smart manufacturing, predictive maintenance, and automation applications.
Objectives of the Program
- To familiarize students with the fundamentals of IoT and its role in modern industries.
- To familiarize with interfacing, I/O devices with Arduino.
- To encourage students to design and build IoT prototypes for industrial use cases.
Expected Outcomes of the Program
- To understand the fundamentals of IoT.
- Ability to program and configure Arduino Uno for industrial IoT applications using sensors, actuators.
- Capacity to design and develop working prototypes for industrial use cases.
