About the Program
Objectives of the Program
- To create awareness among students about Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) and the importance of protecting innovative ideas, inventions, and creative works.
- To encourage students to develop creative thinking, innovation, and problem-solving skills for academic, research, and entrepreneurial growth.
- To familiarize students with the process of identifying, protecting, and commercializing intellectual property assets for career advancement and societal impact
Expected Outcomes of the Program
- Students will gain a clear understanding of different forms of intellectual property such as patents, copyrights, trademarks, and designs.
- Students will be able to identify innovative ideas and understand the basic steps involved in protecting and managing intellectual property.
- Students will develop an innovation-oriented mindset and recognize how IP creation can enhance career opportunities, research potential, and entrepreneurship.
