About the Program

The “Introduction to Basic Life Support (BLS)” program is designed to equip participants with the essential skills and knowledge required to respond effectively in emergency medical situations. This foundational training covers critical life-saving techniques such as cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), use of automated external defibrillators (AEDs), and basic airway management. Through hands-on practice and real-life scenarios, participants learn how to recognize life-threatening emergencies, provide high-quality chest compressions, deliver appropriate ventilations, and ensure safety for both responders and victims. Ideal for healthcare professionals, students, and members of the public, this program fosters confidence and readiness to act promptly and accurately in critical situations, potentially saving lives.
