About the Program
Objectives of the Program
- To enhance participants' understanding of the principles and clinical applications of dry needling.
- To develop practical skills in identifying myofascial trigger points and performing dry needling techniques safely and effectively.
- To enhance clinical competence in integrating dry needling as a treatment approach for managing musculoskeletal pain and improving patient outcomes.
Expected Outcomes of the Program
- Participants will gain a clear understanding of the principles, indications, contraindications and clinical applications of dry needling in physiotherapy practice.
- Participants will be able to identify myofascial trigger points and understand their role in musculoskeletal pain.
- Participants will develop basic hands-on skills in performing dry needling techniques safely under supervision.
