About the Program

The Orientation Programme for the 2025 batch of Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) and Master of Physiotherapy (MPT) students is designed to provide a warm welcome and a strong academic and professional foundation for incoming students. This program serves as an introduction to the institution’s values, curriculum structure, campus facilities, and support systems. Students will gain insights into the scope of physiotherapy, current trends in healthcare, and the importance of ethical practice and patient-centered care.

Objectives of the Program

  • Familiarizing Students with Campus Facilities: Familiarizing with facilities like classrooms, laboratories, libraries, clinics, and recreational areas.
  • Overview of the Curriculum: Outline the course structure, key subjects, and learning outcomes.
  • Explaining Institutional Policies and Procedures: Ensuring students to understand the college’s rules, regulations, code of conduct, and academic policies.

Expected Outcomes of the Program

  • Students will have a clear understanding of institutional infrastructure, curriculum flow, and academic expectations.
  • Improved student confidence and preparedness to transition into the physiotherapy academic and clinical journey.
  • Awareness about institutional policies and professional expectations will reduce behavioural and disciplinary issues.

Target Audience: Staffs and Students of Acharya’s NR Institute of Physiotherapy (3rd, 4th year BPT, MPT 1st year and faculties of ANRIPT)
