EKATRA 2025 is a vibrant inter-college sports and cultural fest that celebrates talent, teamwork, and creativity by bringing together students from diverse institutions. The fest offers a dynamic platform for participants to showcase their skills in sports, cultural performances, and creative arts, fostering a spirit of healthy competition, collaboration, and cultural exchange. With a blend of athletic challenges, artistic expressions, and lively events, EKATRA serves as a unifying experience that inspires passion, builds friendships, and highlights the boundless energy of youth.

General Rules for Sports & Culturals

  • All participants must be regular students of the same college and must carry their institutional Identity cards.
  • Participants are expected to arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled time for all events to avoid delay and disruptions.
  • Respectful behavior towards fellow attendees, organizers, and performers is mandatory at all times.
  • Each event may have its own set of rules, which participants must follow strictly.
  • Attendees are encouraged to dress appropriately, keeping in mind the cultural and professional nature of the fest.
  • Attendees must follow all safety guidelines and cooperate with security personnel.
  • Littering is prohibited, and attendees are encouraged to use designated waste bins.
  • Any damage to college property will result in penalties.
  • Carrying prohibited items such as alcohol, lighters, cigarettes, drugs, vapes, hookah, e-cigarettes, cannabis/marijuana, flammable objects, pepper spray, perfumes, deodorants, contraceptives, liquids, sharp objects or weapons such as pocket knives, razors are strictly forbidden.
  • For sports participants, Team jersey is mandatory along with other sports wear.
  • For sports participants, game shall be conducted as per association rules.
  • Any misconduct or misbehaviour with organizers, judges or the audience will result in disqualification.
  • Microphone & stage equipment must be handled responsibly.
  • Any damage to college property will be borne by the participant.
  • The organizers reserve the right to disqualify any participant found violating the rules.
  • The decisions of the officials are final and binding in all matters related to the fest.

Fashion Show Themes and Rules

1. Street Style Revolution

  • Theme: Urban wear, oversized jackets, sneakers, graffiti-inspired patterns.
  • Team Size: 10–12 members.
  • Time Limit: 6–10 minutes.
  • Music: Background music can be any urban/hip-hop genre, submitted in mp3 format on a pen drive 3 days prior the scheduled date.
  • Narration: Teams may provide narration to explain their street-style concepts, synchronized with the music.
  • Costume & Makeup: Focus on street culture aesthetics, creative graffiti patterns, and urban accessories. Marks awarded for innovation and authenticity.
  • Coordination: Two team members must liaise with event organizers.

2. Monochrome Magic

  • Theme: Single-color ensembles with texture and layering to create depth.
  • Team Size: 10–12 members.
  • Time Limit: 6–10 minutes.
  • Music: Any genre that complements the color theme. Submit in mp3 format 3 days prior to the scheduled date.
  • Narration: Optional, synchronized with music.
  • Costume & Makeup: Emphasize layering, texture, and uniform color tone. Creativity in shades and styling is encouraged.
  • Coordination: Two members coordinate with organizers.

3. Neon & Cyber Glow

  • Theme: Bright neon tones, reflective materials, inspired by nightlife and cyberpunk.
  • Team Size: 10–12 members.
  • Time Limit: 6–10 minutes.
  • Music: Any genre that complements the color theme. Submit in mp3 format 3 days prior to the scheduled date.
  • Narration: Optional; should align with cyberpunk story or visuals.
  • Costume & Makeup: Highlight neon, reflective fabrics, futuristic styling, and accessories. Creativity is key.
  • Coordination: Two members coordinate with organizers.
  • Team Show: Each team can have upto 10 models on stage and 2 members, including designers and stylists.
  • Only students currently enrolled in the participating college are allowed.
  • Individual Performance: Maximum 5 minutes for the runway presentation.
  • Team Performance: Maximum 10 minutes per team, including walk, narration, and presentation.
  • Maximum 3 minutes between participants or teams.
  • Costumes must match the assigned theme.
  • Plagiarism of designs, sketches, or images is prohibited.
  • Allowed to enhance the look but must be safe and non-offensive.
  • Safety: Props, heels, or accessories must be safe for stage walking.
  • Participants may include a brief narration (30–60 seconds) explaining the concept.
  • Background music can be used to enhance the presentation.
