About the Program

We are pleased to inform you that as part of our ANRVSA’s Alumni Networking Event, one of our esteemed alumnus Mr. Panduranga Gautam (Batch 2019) is taking the initiative to organise a screening of the documentary ‘Kanade’, produced by Teepoi.

This documentary captures the life, philosophy, and architectural contributions of Architects- Shankar and Navnath Kanade, known for their contextually rooted and socially impactful work in Bangalore. Their journey exemplifies perseverance, integrity, and innovative thinking in the field of architecture.

Objectives of the Program

  • To appreciate our alumni for bringing learning opportunities to students and to strengthen their bond with the institute.
  • To introduce students to the life and works of Architects Shankar and Navnath Kanade.
  • To emphasise the importance of contextually rooted and ethical architectural practice.
  • To inspire students through real-life examples of dedication, patience, and professional integrity.
