Induction Program

About the Program

The Induction Program at Acharya Polytechnic is a thoughtfully curated initiative designed to welcome and integrate newly admitted students into the institution's academic and cultural environment. Spanning multiple days, the program aims to familiarize students with the campus infrastructure, academic structure, support services, and institutional values.

Objectives of the Program

Familiarize students with the institutional culture, academic structure, and support systems.
Encourage bonding with fellow students, faculty, and mentors.
Instill a sense of belonging and confidence in the new academic setting.
Introduce students to the importance of holistic development, including physical, emotional, and intellectual growth.
Create awareness about academic integrity, discipline, time management, and social responsibility.

Expected Outcomes of the Program

Understand the vision, mission, and core values of the institution.
Identify key academic and administrative support systems available on campus.
Build connections with peers, faculty members, and student mentors.
Exhibit improved communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrate awareness of their responsibilities as students and members of the academic community.
Develop a positive attitude towards learning, self-discipline, and personal development.
