About the Program
The Workshop from Alumni – Best Out of Waste is an inspiring, hands-on session designed to encourage creativity and sustainability among students. Conducted by an esteemed alumnus, the workshop focuses on transforming everyday waste materials into useful and artistic products. It promotes eco-friendly practices, innovative thinking, and resourcefulness while reinforcing the importance of recycling and environmental responsibility.
Objectives of the Program
- To inspire students to think innovatively by transforming waste materials into useful, artistic, or decorative items.
- To provide students with hands-on experience in crafting useful products from waste, enhancing their practical skills and craftsmanship.
- To foster meaningful interaction between alumni and current students, enabling knowledge sharing and mentoring opportunities.
- To educate students about different types of waste and sustainable practices for reducing, reusing, and recycling in everyday life.
Expected Outcomes of the Program
- Students will demonstrate a deeper understanding of the importance of waste management and environmental sustainability.
- Students will adopt eco-friendly habits, such as reducing waste generation and promoting reuse and recycling in daily life.
