About the Program

Objectives of the Program

  • To enhance participants’ knowledge on current concepts and advances in fracture classification, assessment, and management.
  • To update nurses on advanced fracture management techniques, including operative and non-operative approaches used in clinical practice.
  • To strengthen clinical skills related to fracture stabilization, traction care, immobilization devices, and post-procedural nursing management.
  • To promote evidence-based nursing practices in fracture care for improving patient safety, functional outcomes, and rehabilitation.

Expected Outcomes of the Program

  • Participants will demonstrate improved knowledge regarding advanced fracture assessment, classification, and contemporary management strategies.
  • Participants will apply updated fracture management techniques safely and effectively in clinical settings, including immobilization, traction care, and post- operative nursing management.
  • Participants will exhibit enhanced clinical competence in providing comprehensive nursing care for patients with fractures, thereby reducing complications and improving recovery outcomes.
  • Participants will integrate evidence-based practices in fracture care to promote patient safety, early mobilization, and optimal rehabilitation.
