About the Program
Objectives of the Program
- To create awareness about anemia, its causes, signs, symptoms, and preventive measures among participants.
- To educate participants on the importance of balanced nutrition, iron-rich foods, and iron–folic acid supplementation in preventing anemia.
- To encourage early screening, timely treatment, and regular health check-ups, especially among vulnerable groups.
- To promote positive attitudes and healthy practices to reduce the burden of anemia in the community.
Expected Outcomes of the Program
- Participants will gain improved knowledge and understanding of anemia and its health consequences.
- Increased awareness about preventive strategies such as proper diet, supplementation, and personal health practices.
- Enhanced motivation among participants to undergo anemia screening and follow medical advice.
- Participants will be empowered to share awareness about anemia prevention within their families and communities.
