About the Program

The Video Assisted Teaching Program on Sex Education and Menstrual Health is an educational intervention designed to provide adolescents with accurate, age-appropriate, and culturally sensitive information related to puberty, reproductive health, and menstrual hygiene. The program aims to address knowledge gaps, reduce myths and misconceptions, and promote positive attitudes toward bodily changes during adolescence.
