Advanced hemodynamic monitoring is an essential component of modern nursing practice, enabling early recognition of physiological deterioration and timely intervention. Although traditionally associated with critical care settings, floor nurses increasingly encounter patients requiring close hemodynamic assessment due to advances in medical and surgical care. This educational program is designed to strengthen nurses' knowledge and skills in interpreting hemodynamic parameters, identifying signs of instability, and promoting evidence-based patient management.
