About the Program
Healthy Lifestyle Awareness Day is organized to promote awareness about physical, mental, and social well-being. The program focuses on educating participants about balanced nutrition, regular physical activity, mental health care, personal hygiene, and healthy daily habits. Through interactive sessions, demonstrations, and activities, the program encourages individuals to adopt healthy practices for a better quality of life.
Objectives of the Program
