This program promotes holistic health by integrating physical health screenings with mental and emotional wellness support. It provides routine screenings, lifestyle and dietary counselling, stress and mental health assessments, and community outreach activities in schools, workplaces, and rural areas. Health data is collected to monitor outcomes and support continuous improvement, ensuring effective preventive and promotive care.
Objectives of the Program
To conduct routine screenings (BP, BMI, diabetes, cardiovascular and musculoskeletal assessments) which affects mental health.
To provide dietary counselling, yoga/fitness guidance, and preventive health education.
To offer stress, anxiety, and emotional wellness screening for all beneficiaries.
To conduct outreach health and mental wellness programmes in schools, workplaces and
rural communities.
To collect health data and document clinical outcomes for continuous quality
improvement.
