About the Program

Nutrition Fest – 2026, themed “Yum Zone Carnival”, is a vibrant celebration of healthy eating nutritional awareness, and wellness. The event aims to educate students about the importance of balanced nutrition through interactive activities, healthy food exhibitions, competitions, demonstrations, and expert sessions. The carnival will promote healthy lifestyle choices while encouraging creativity and teamwork among students.

Objectives of the Program

  • To create awareness regarding the importance of balanced nutrition and healthy eating habits.
  • To educate students about the role of nutrition in disease prevention and health promotion.
  • To encourage the preparation and consumption of nutritious and affordable foods.
  • To promote healthy lifestyle practices among students and the community.
  • To enhance students' knowledge and practical skills related to nutrition and dietetics.
  • To foster creativity, teamwork, and leadership through nutrition-based activities.

Expected Outcomes of the Program

By the end of the session/program, participants will be able to:
  • Improved understanding of nutrition and healthy dietary practices among participants.
  • Increased awareness regarding the prevention of lifestyle-related diseases through proper nutrition.
  • Enhanced practical knowledge in planning and preparing nutritious meals.
  • Development of communication, leadership, and organizational skills among students.
