Smt. Nagarathnamma College of Nursing (SNCN), established in 2003, is a premier institution under the Acharya Institutes group in Bangalore. Guidelines for Abstract Submission

Submission of paper should be the original work of the presenter and abstract should be of 250-300 words. Content should be IMRAD format. (Introduction, Materials & Methods, Results and Discussion). Maximum number of slides is 8-12. Time of presentation is 06 minutes (05 min for presentation and 01 min for discussion). All participants should email their respective abstract before the mentioned deadline ie, on or before 22nd Jul 2025 and accepted paper and poster will be informed through email. Both the presenting author and second author should be registered for the conference to get the certificate.

The poster should be printed in hardcopy in landscape orientation & should be 48’’x 36’’(48 inches in height and 36 inches in width). Mention title of the paper and theme category if applicable (Name and affiliation of the authors should not be displayed on the poster). Subheadings for original research articles: Introduction, Objectives, Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion and References. Two certificates per poster will be receiving the certificate but both authors need to register for the conference.

  • Step 1: After submitting the paper, the corresponding author will receive an acknowledgment email with a unique Paper ID within a week.
  • Step 2: The Supporting Team will conduct an initial screening to assess the manuscript for:
    1) Plagiarism (in accordance with the conference policy)
    2) Quality and originality of content
    3) Relevance to the conference theme
  • Step 3: Manuscripts that meet the criteria will be forwarded for peer review. If the manuscript does not meet the requirements, the authors will be informed with a status of either “Revise and Resubmit” or “Rejected.”
  • Step 4: Each qualifying manuscript will be evaluated by three reviewers under a double-blind peer review process.
  • Step 5: Based on the reviewers' feedback, the organizing committee will issue one of the following decisions to the authors: “Accepted,” “Accepted with Revisions,” or “Rejected.”
  • Step 6: If two out of three reviewers recommend acceptance, the manuscript will proceed to the Conference Chair for final evaluation.
  • Step 7: Once the Editorial Board confirms the acceptance, the authors will receive an official acceptance email.
