About the Program

The Value-Added Course Series is a specially designed initiative by Smt. Nagarathnamma College of Nursing to enhance the professional competencies and employability skills of nursing students. These courses go beyond the regular academic curriculum, offering students practical knowledge, specialized training, and exposure to emerging trends in the healthcare industry. Conducted by experienced faculty and industry experts, this series equips students with relevant skills needed to excel in clinical practice, research, leadership, and patient care.
