About the Program
The Webinar on World Heart Day aims to raise awareness about cardiovascular health, preventive measures, and lifestyle practices that promote a healthy heart. Through expert talks and interactive sessions, the program will educate participants on the importance of early detection, stress management, balanced nutrition, and regular physical activity in preventing heart-related diseases. It serves as a platform to encourage healthy living and empower individuals to take proactive steps toward heart wellness.
Objectives of the Program
By the end of this session, learners will be able to:
- To create awareness about cardiovascular diseases and the importance of early detection and prevention.
- To educate individuals on recognizing warning signs and symptoms of heart-related problems.
- To promote healthy lifestyle habits such as balanced diet, regular exercise, and stress management for heart health.
- To encourage routine health check-ups, screenings, and timely medical consultation.
Expected Outcomes of the Program
