About the Program

Generation Z learners are digital natives who thrive in technology-rich, interactive, collaborative, and learner-centred environments. Traditional teaching methods often need adaptation to meet their learning preferences, expectations, and aspirations. This workshop is designed to equip educators with innovative pedagogical approaches, technology-enhanced teaching strategies, effective assessment techniques, and future-ready educational practices to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.

The workshop aims to empower faculty members with practical tools and evidence-based strategies to transform classrooms into dynamic learning spaces that foster critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and lifelong learning among Gen-Z students.

Objectives of the Program

  • Understand the characteristics, learning styles, and expectations of Gen-Z learners.
  • Apply innovative and student-centered teaching strategies in classroom and clinical settings.
  • Integrate technology effectively to enhance teaching and learning experiences.
