  • Define hypertension and explain its causes and risk factors.
  • Identify normal and abnormal blood pressure values.
  • Describe the signs, symptoms, and complications of hypertension.
  • Demonstrate knowledge regarding preventive measures such as diet, exercise, stress management, and reduced salt intake.
  • Explain the importance of regular health check-ups and medication compliance.
