About the Program

As part of the Prajnodaya 2025 initiative, the Expert Talk Series continues its mission to connect academic learning with real-world industry insights. This session, titled “Careers in Motion: Navigating the Future of Work,” will be delivered by Ms. Radhika Nair, Head of People & Culture, India, VOLVO.
The session will focus on exploring the evolving landscape of work, the impact of technology and innovation on careers, and how students can prepare to thrive in dynamic professional environments. It aims to empower students with the mindset and strategies needed to adapt, grow, and succeed in the changing world of work.
