About the Program

Acharya Institute of Technology, in collaboration with Talenciaglobal, is proud to introduce the IT Career Bootcamp a 400-hour online intensive program exclusively designed for final-year engineering students across all disciplines.
This Bootcamp is thoughtfully crafted to bridge the gap between classroom learning and real-world industry requirements. Through a combination of hands-on coding labs, SQL training, hackathons, and continuous assessments, students gain practical exposure and become fully prepared for diverse career opportunities in the IT sector.

Objectives of the Program

  • Equip students with strong technical and behavioral skills essential for successful campus placements.
  • Train students for Software Development Engineer (SDE) roles as well as low-code/no-code career tracks.
  • Conduct pre- and post-assessments to measure progress, identify high-potential candidates, and recommend further training where required.
  • Foster team collaboration and problem-solving abilities through real-world hackathon challenges.

Expected Outcomes of the Program

  • 5–10% students ready for high-code engineering roles.
  • 200+ students identified for low-code/no-code opportunities.
  • Clear performance insights for training & development teams to plan targeted interventions.
  • Enhanced placement readiness for the entire graduating batch, ensuring higher employability rates.

Target Audience: 7th Semester Students (All Branches) No.
Participants Expected: Around 160 Students
