About Program
The Business Model Canvas program at Acharya Institute of Technology enhanced entrepreneurial thinking, helping participants understand BMC’s nine building blocks, business model fit, customer needs, value propositions, revenue streams, and sustainable business opportunities through practical learning.
Objectives of the Program
- To introduce participants to the Business Model Canvas (BMC) and its nine key building blocks.
- To develop an understanding of Business Model Fit and its importance in aligning products or services with customer needs and market opportunities.
- To enable participants to identify customer segments, value propositions, revenue streams, key resources, and business activities.
- To help participants develop and evaluate a viable and sustainable business model for their innovative ideas.
- To encourage entrepreneurial thinking, innovation, and practical application of BMC in developing business ideas.
