About Program
The IEEE Women in Engineering (WIE) Student Branch Affinity Group Inauguration and Technical Talk on Cyber Security was organized to formally establish the IEEE-WIE Student Branch Affinity Group and create awareness among students about the growing importance of cyber security in today's digital world.The program also provides students with valuable insights into current cyber threats and practical measures to protect personal and organizational information
Objectives of the Program
- To formally inaugurate the IEEE Women in Engineering (WIE) Student Branch Affinity Group and promote active participation of students in IEEE-WIE activities.
- To educate students about common cyber threats, including phishing, malware, social engineering, identity theft, and online fraud.
- To foster leadership, technical skills, networking, and professional development among students through IEEE-WIE initiatives and activities.
