About the Program

The Career Guidance and Counselling – Placement Cell organized the program titled “Dream, Decide, Deliver: Career Guidance for Tomorrow’s Nurses” with the objective of orienting nursing students towards diverse career pathways in clinical practice, higher education, research, administration, and overseas employment opportunities. The program was designed to provide structured guidance on career planning, skill development, eligibility criteria for higher studies and licensing examinations, placement procedures, and employability skills, while also offering counselling support to help students make informed career decisions. Through expert sessions, alumni interaction, and placement orientation, the program aimed to empower students with clarity, confidence, and readiness to transition successfully from student life to professional nursing practice.
