Objectives of the Program

• To Orient: To familiarize Indo-Bhutanese students with the vision, mission, academic programmes, rules, regulations, and facilities of the institution.
• To Facilitate Cultural Integration: To promote mutual understanding, respect, friendship, and cultural exchange between Indian and Bhutanese students.
• To Promote Professional Development: To introduce students to nursing ethics, professional values, communication skills, discipline, and responsibilities of a nursing professional.
• To Support Academic and Social Adjustment: To help students adapt confidently to the new academic, clinical, residential, and social environment.
• To Encourage Holistic Development: To motivate students to actively participate in academic, cultural, extracurricular, sports, and student-support activities for their overall development.
