Acharya's Original Nights sparks creativity, while Acharya Motorsports promotes eco-friendly transportation through global SAE events, supporting student racers nationally. Clubs, like the nature watch club recognized by AICTE for ecological initiatives, and the socially active iCare group conducting CSR activities, contribute significantly to student growth and community welfare.

National Cadet Corps
NCC

The National Cadet Corps (NCC) is the student wing of the Indian Armed Forces, headquartered in New Delhi, operating through three wings: Army, Naval, and Air Wing, with 17 directorates across India. The NCC Coy at Acharya, established in 2012 under the 9th Kar battalion of Bangalore B group, is a premier NCC unit in the Karnataka and Goa Directorate.

The institute actively contributes to the NCC and the nation, with cadets participating in prestigious events, including Republic Day Parades, and winning awards in various camps and competitions. Notably, our cadet, Lt. Sachin Nair, currently serves in the Indian Army. We organize annual NCC camps and engage in ISR activities to promote unity and discipline.

CSUO Ayushika Thapa from Acharya NCC (05/09 Coy) has been honored with the Chief Minister's Commendation for her exceptional performance in Obstacle Training at the All India Thal Sainik Camp 2024. The award was presented at Vidhan Soudha by Dr. M.C. Sudhakar, Higher Education Minister of Karnataka, in the presence of Air Commodore S.B. Arunkumar VSM. A proud moment for Acharya!

Their excellence in stage design, set work, and lighting earned them well-deserved recognition!

Sohan Pramod Patil, a Diploma in Architecture student at Acharya Polytechnic, proudly represented the NCC at the Karnataka State Government Independence Day parade. Out of 1,150 participants across 35 contingents, Sohan was one of 30 cadets selected from universities across Karnataka, leading the NCC contingent to secure 1st place in Group-3 (Armed Contingent).

Team EDM from Acharya Institute of Technology clinched victory at IISc Bangalore with their Small-Scale Wire EDM—a compact, cost-effective innovation redefining traditional EDM machines. Competing against top teams, they secured ₹12,500 from a ₹25,000 prize pool!
