Through site visits, case studies, and professional interactions, students explored large-scale commercial, hospitality, retail, and mixed-use developments while observing advanced construction technologies, sustainable design strategies, and smart spatial solutions. The experience bridged academic learning with real-world application, strengthening students’ design thinking, technical understanding, and readiness to engage with the global design industry.

The Goa Study Trip was organized as an experiential learning initiative for students of Acharya School of Design to explore art, culture, architecture, photography, and environmental observation beyond the classroom. Aligned with the 6th semester modules Character Design and Development and Game Art, the trip combined workshops, cultural exposure, and site visits to strengthen creative thinking and practical design understanding. A total of 36 students along with 4 faculty members participated in this immersive learning experience.
