The abstracts can be sent to ncaeet@acharya.ac.in on or before 25th September. The abstracts received after deadline will not be considered. The scientific committee will determine whether the abstract will be accepted within one week of your submission, for the presentation and the same will be communicated through email.

Abstract Word Count: Maximum 250 words including Keywords.

NCAEET 2026 invites abstracts for poster presentations from students on the following topics:

A.IDEATHON:

Theme:

Innovating for Tomorrow: Ideas and Solutions to Today’s Challenges

Present your innovative ideas, creative solutions, or practical approaches to address real-world challenges in technology, education, environment, society, industry, and everyday life.

B. STUDENT PROJECT / SCIENTIFIC PAPER:

Present your original academic projects, innovative concepts, experiments, case studies, surveys, or research work that demonstrates creativity, technical knowledge, and practical problem-solving skills.

Instructions for Poster Presentation

  • Posters must be designed to fit a poster board approximately 3 feet wide × 3 feet high (1:1 ratio) in portrait orientation.
  • The poster should be clear, visually appealing, informative, and easy to understand.
  • Use Times New Roman font with font sizes between 32 and 48 points.
  • The poster may include sections such as Title, Introduction, Objectives, Methodology, Results/Findings, Innovation, Conclusion, and References, wherever applicable.
  • Students are encouraged to use relevant charts, diagrams, photographs, illustrations, and infographics to present their work effectively.

2. ORAL PRESENTATION

Share your original & unpublished research work.

Here is a rundown of the guidelines:-
  • Oral presentations will be conducted offline only.
  • Use Microsoft PowerPoint (PPT) format for your slides.
  • Prepare a maximum of 20 slides that will automatically advance every 20 seconds.
  • Ensure your speech aligns with the slide transitions.
  • You will have a total of 6 minutes and 40 seconds for your presentation including Q & A.

Steps For Conference Registration

  • Abstract Acceptance: Ensure that your abstract has been accepted by the conference committee.
  • Paper ID Generation: After acceptance, a Paper ID will be generated. Please keep it for future reference.
  • Payment: Complete the conference registration payment.
  • Registration: Click on the Registration Link provided and complete the registration process.
  • Final Submission: After registration, submit the full-length paper and PPT in the prescribed format to the designated email address on or before September 30, 2026.

Note: Accepted full-length papers of up to 5,000 words will be considered for publication in the European Journal of Advances in Engineering and Technology (EJAET). Publication charges, if applicable, will be levied separately.
